No. The AI only answers using your verified product catalog, exact size charts, and fixed pricing rules. If a customer asks about something not in your catalog—like bespoke bridal blouse customization or unlisted colors—the AI immediately pauses and loops you in on WhatsApp.

You define the rules. If you don't allow discounts, the AI politely stands firm on price and emphasizes fabric quality or free shipping. If you allow margin flexibility, you can set a strict floor price (e.g. max 10% off or a free gift) that the AI will never cross.

No. While VoluChat integrates seamlessly with Shopify, many boutique owners sell purely on Instagram and WhatsApp without an e-commerce website. You can upload your catalog via spreadsheet or photos, and VoluChat will handle sizing, collect addresses, and generate UPI payment links.

Yes, instantly with 1 tap. You can monitor chats in real time from your phone. As soon as you or any staff member types a message, the AI automatically steps aside and lets you take full control.

VoluChat generates native 1-click UPI links (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM) right inside WhatsApp or Instagram DMs. The customer taps the link, approves the payment in their UPI app, and your store receives the confirmed order within seconds. If a customer prefers paying your store QR instead, she can send the payment screenshot in chat — VoluChat matches it to her order and asks you to confirm with one tap, so you are not hunting through chats or your bank app. You always approve the payment.

Setup takes under 48 hours and is 100% white-glove done-for-you. All you need to share is your social media page access, size charts, and basic return/shipping policies. Our founding team configures and tests everything before going live.
